Palliative Care at Home
Compassion | Guidance | Care

Supporting Families Through the Final Journey
I am sorry you have cancer.
Let me be part of your journey.
The Latin word “Palliare” describes it best: to cloak.
Let me help to cloak you with compassion.
To cloak you with guidance.
To cloak you with care.
You don’t have to suffer. You don’t need to have pain. You don’t need to worry.
It is often the “not knowing” that scares us, but you and your family can have peace of mind.

Most people prefer to die at home, hence my passion for home-based care for patients with advanced illness.
If this is your wish, let me start this journey with you and your family. Let us embark on this final chapter together.
I started my career as a registered nurse as a midwife.
Having taken care of my mother during her cancer journey, I have come to realize that I have a passion for palliative care nursing.
In my journey, I have come full circle…
